Communication
In a word we have been silent with our members. This sadly has left members of the group with no idea whats happening or worse that we have closed our doors. This is just no true. Communication is important to us. We have ventured into the new world of Facebook in an effort to centralize our communication. However this lends to the group being filterd out by volume. So we are readjusting our approach. We will continue to use Facebook as a medium for communication, event planning, and other notices. We'll also use our news letter to get word out. This news letter lets us be more direct with our communication so that we're not lost in the Facebook noise. We hope you'll allow us to be a part of your montly and occasional weekly read. The news letter will be our mode of communication for discounts, passes, events, drawings, and important changes.

It's been a long time since we've heard from you. Our door is open... What you say? Yes the door is open. Please feel free to contact us. The news letter will come from our primary address and we'll definately expect you to visit with us in return. Got a question? Concern! This is the forum for it.

Great Instruction
Dance is important and a lot of fun. It can be a great way to spend a night. Just as with any great sport it takes practice and study. We are here to help you improve. We have over 40 years of experience in dance instruction within the group.
A great dancer can only get as good as their drive and interest. We are here to help you learn. New moves, technique, and style can only be learned through great instruction. It is our goal to move forward in this critical area by offering fundamentals and professional instruction from those who know. The organization has always focused on professional level dance. We focus on dance sanctioned by UCCWD. We focus on dance all dance forms including.. Texas two step, waltz, west coast swing, triple two, cha cha, line dances and much more.
In addition we provide new dances specifically choreographed by professionals teaching dance. Several new line dances have been brought out of our group and have made great strides within the community, and we intend to continue that trend.

The second saturday dance will remain. We'll be putting together great discounts and group packages so more of your friends can attend
We will also be doing "Dance Nights." These nights are intended to be inclusive. We'll be inviting groups that we have sponsored for the night to pack the house. These nights will start the first and third weekends.

What does this mean for West Coast Swing in Pleasant Grove? We will continue to offer traditional country western versions of west coast swing music. The night will continue as it always has with great music and entertainment. But our focus will still continue to be dance sanctioned by UCCWD. This has always been our focus.
We greatly appreciate Jeremy, Kim, and Shalay, and wish them the very best in their new adventure.
